Course & Curriculum

We typically start with foundational skills like basic knowledge of swimming and water safety, safe water entry, buoyancy, and basic movements, progressing to more complex strokes as confidence builds.

  • Introduction to the Basic swimming movements
  • Land-based dynamic stretches like arm circles and leg swings, followed by water-based drills like easy freestyle and kick sets to activate muscles and prepare your body for swimming.
  • After swimming, a cool-down involves slow swimming and gentle stretching.
  • Swimming lessons, especially for beginners, can help individuals overcome the fear of water, a common barrier to learning

Course & Curriculum

Our Program builds upon beginner skills, focusing on refining stroke technique, increasing endurance, and introducing new strokes like backstroke and breaststroke

  • At the intermediate level of swimming, you should be able to swim continuously for 200-400 meters, refine your technique, and master various strokes like front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, while also learning to swim semi-competitively. Out-of-Water Exercises (Dryland Training) and In-Water Exercises
  • For intermediate-level swimmers, mental capabilities like focus, visualization, and managing anxiety are crucial for improving technique, increasing endurance, and achieving goals, alongside physical training
  • Move to the next level in 3-6 months,decided by the central coach and Management
Technical Capabilities
  1. Develop dive technique and underwater phase
  2. Develop turn technique
  3. Develop stroke technique over longer distances demonstrating legal turn,
    underwater phase and finishes
  4. Develop kick and pull technique

    Continuous Swimming:
    Intermediate swimmers can swim 200-400 meters continuously, demonstrating improved endurance. Stroke Mastery,Technique Refinement,Semi-Competitive Swimming,
    Deeper water skills, underwater glides, efficiency and coordinated strokes, introduction to breaststroke, and rescue skills.
    Front and back floats with kicks and pulls, Breath Co-ordination
    Freestyle :- swim 25 m continously without Float confidently.
    Backstroke :- swim 25 m continously without Float confidently.
    Breast Stroke :- swim 25 m continously without Float confidently.
    Butterfly :- swim 25 m continously without Float confidently.
